What do you love/appreciate about Dr. B the most?
Dr. B took a chance when she hired me, she had little proof of my ability to tutor but she believed. She gave me flexible employment when I needed it most and has consistently been flexible and understanding. Apart from that, Dr. B genuinely cares about the people under her employ and will go above and beyond for anyone of them.

What is your favorite memory with Dr. B?
My favorite memory of Dr. B was my very first semester at the RWC all the way back in 2019. I was very new to college, and I came to work on my birthday. At the moment I least expected it, she burst into the door holding a cake and singing happy birthday to me. I was so shocked and surprised and honestly it warmed my heart. It was the moment I realized just how special of a place I had found, and just how much of an amazing and genuine person Dr. B is.

What is your favorite memory with Dr. B?
My favorite memories I have with Dr. B are when she shares poetry with us during our staff meetings. She's always intentional with choosing poems that are meaningful and relevant to whatever is going on at the time. And not just with the poems she chooses, she always puts a lot of care into planning our meetings, events, and celebrating our birthdays and accomplishments. I've worked with Dr. B for 5 years and I've shared so many special moments with Dr. B because she makes sure to put in all her heart into everything she does.

Dr. B is very patient and understanding. I can tell she really cares about the RWC and has our best interest at heart.
What is your favorite memory with Dr. B?
A memory I think of is my first interaction with her, through as Discord call. It was my first semester at Reedley College, and I was looking for a club to be a part of, and the one that caught my eye was the Safe Space Club. I was extremely nervous about joining, and because of covid, the club meeting had to be through discord. Because of meeting Dr. B, I became more confident in my ability to lead and help others.
